William B. Milligan, D.D.S.

Dr. William B. Milligan received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in 1980.

Since that time he has dedicated his practice at General Dentistry Centers.

His professional affiliations include:

• UTHSC Dental Alumni
• UT Pan Am Alumni

In his spare time Dr. Milligan enjoys trout fishing, travel, sports, yard landscaping, economics and politics.

He chose the dental profession to make a difference and be a part of a well respected and honorable profession.

His philosophy of care is to “make ethical and caring decisions in regards to patients oral health problems, no matter how large or small their concern”.
